The following outlines the shipping rates and/or information for Canada, United States and International Shipping:
Canadian Customers (Canadian Addresses)
FREE Shipping* on any order $99 or more before applicable taxes (GST/HST) to most destinations in Canada. *Does not include the following Provinces: NT,NU,YT (rates shown on checkout are reduced rates for these Provinces and Territories).
$18 - $20 + tax parcel shipping to most destinations in Canada under $99.
$13 + tax parcel shipping to Ontario and Quebec under $99.
Lettermail (regular mail) rates are $1.30 - $5.47 (maximum 20 cm thick and 500 grams).
Checkout will remove the shipping on qualifying orders automatically when you calculate your shipping.
For residents of the Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories and Nunavut, we will ship regular mail items at the same rate as everywhere else in the country. For example, you could purchase up to 3 packages of 3 refill 63-pocket coin pages (9 pages total) and the charge will be the same as any other province. Only parcel items are more expensive. However, rates shown on checkout are reduced rates for these Provinces and Territories.
Any items added to the parcel (trackable) rate will not increase shipping if your order increases. When you view your cart and enter your Province and Canada from the drop down menu, the shipping rate will be shown.

United States Customers (US Addresses)

$20 - $30 parcel shipping to most destinations on orders under $149.
LetterPost/Small Packets (regular mail) rates are $1.94 - $15 (maximum 1 kg).

International Customers (outside Canada and the United States)
Due to the extremely high prices for Overseas International shipping, we cannot offer parcel specials for residents outside the US or Canada. However, we do try to get you the best rate possible. International customers (outside Canada and the United States), please contact us for a shipping quote at sales@shopmillerlake.com or fill out the form on the contact us page and ask for a quote. We will send you an email with the rate.
If you would like an estimate for shipping prior to contacting us, please use the Canada Post parcel rate calculator. Our postal code is K4A 4W8. We generally use air shipping, however, please ask if you are interested in ground service. We will use ground shipping to certain countries by request.While shipping prices are considerably high for international shipments, services such as Small Packets and Light Packets are generally around $20 for most countries. An example of a package that would qualify for this service is 3 packages of coin pages (just under 500 grams and not over 2 cm thick). If you are interested, please contact us for a shipping quote or PayPal invoice at sales@shopmillerlake.com or fill out the form on the contact us page. If you wish to have a quote for larger items or to confirm the Packets rate, please contact us. We generally respond within 4 hours on business days.
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours on business days (there could be a day delay during the busy season). Please note that we no longer ship on Fridays. Shipping is Monday - Thursday. Under certain circumstances, such as holidays or days we work on inventory, etc., we will not be shipping. This information will be posted at the top of the shipping page (this page).
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from us. Please ensure that you check your email within 24 hours of placing your order incase we have to contact you about your order.
Shipping Timelines are as follows:
Within Canada: Canada Post Lettermail (regular mail) - generally 2 - 10 business days. Expedited Parcel - generally 1 - 8 business days.
To United States residents: Canada Post Letterpost/Light Packets/Small Packets/Tracked Packets - generally 8 - 12 business days. Expedited Parcel - generally 4 - 10 business days. Delays can occur for delivery to remote locations or through customs during busy seasons.
To Overseas International residents: Canada Post International Small Packets/Light Packets - Air - generally 6 - 12 business days. International Parcel - depends on the Country. Delays can occur through customs during busy seasons. Delivery will take longer to remote locations.
